Over the years I’ve had a number of monitors and found the best viewing experience to be with Dell. That being said, I’ve only used their high-end 24-inch displays for any length of time, which are well-known for their quality.
One thing they are not though, is thin, but that’s a fact Dell is trying to change with the launch of a new, ultra-slim 23-inch monitor claimed to be the company’s thinnest ever.
The Dell S2330MX is a mere 9.9mm thick and weighs just 3.76kg. Even so, it’s capable of 1080p output using a 1000:1 static and 8 million:1 dynamic contrast ratio coupled with a brightness rating of 250cd/m2. The aspect ratio is 16:9, it has a 2ms response time, and can display 16.7 million colors. As for conenctivity, it has both VGA and DVI ports, but ships with a DVI-to-HDMI converter meaning all connectivity scenarios are catered for.
This monitor is also going to be a good choice for the environmentally conscious as its LED backlighting
